I brush my hair like normal everyday, when I wake up when I go to bed during the day, before shower after shower, with a wide tooth comb cause it causes less breakage, but I'm realizing my hair still gets tangly like really tangly, from the ear area down, during the day when I'm at work, or just at home being lazy, and I brush it regularly, how do I prevent this?

You shouldn't brush your hair when its wet. You should do it when its dry & if you use conditioner it should really help you get rid of those tangles.

Try using some leave-in conditioner on damp hair. I use some by Garnier and I find that it smooths out my hair a lot--the only downside is it makes hair feel a little greasy. I'm sure there are some other brands that make better ones, but that's what I use.

That just happens with long hair. they sell detangling sprays to to make it easier to comb. when you wash yoyr hair don't completely wash out all of the conditioner. I have this problem too cause my hair is so long and extremely thick.
