I had my hair cut yesterday, at super cuts. it looked ok in the salon, not so much once I got home, dried and styled it. my question is, does anyome know if I call and tell them I wasnt satisfied if they would possibly fix it for free? I hate to pay again to have it fixed. already upset that itll have to be cut shorter than originally planned. :/

I've gone back after being unsatisfied with a cut the next day and they fixed it free it's Really about the attitude and approach you take with the stylist and of course their ego and attitude to. I say its worth a try going back to see if they will fix it but remeber hair cuts take time to get used to and also it grows back so if you can live it then you won't have to get any more length taken off...

They have to fix it. but ask for a manager and get a different stylist. I once went there for a trim and ended up going back 3 times and lost 6 inches of my hair!

I wanted it to look like this, and its not angled at all. cut straight all the way around! the girl that cut it was done and had blown it dry and everything. then asked another woman to come make sure it was even and she went back and did more. I guess the first girl was new.

Tht place is the worst I went there to get high lights n they turned my hair orange!! Right before prom :/ but girl I'd fix it for you!! I did tht cut on my sis n she loves it!
