Spots on my back and chin!? Help!

Hey.. I've been getting loads of spots on my back and chin. I'm getting REALLY sick of it now! Is there anything I can do to stop them? They've actually been leaving little scars :( I used to have such good skin until I had my little girl! Shes two and a half now. I look after my skin well, I cleanse tone and moisturise twice a day and exfoliate twice a week. I take vitamins and eat really well.. Any advice would be very helpful please!

The Body Shop do a tea tree face wash and a tea tree body wash. Tea tree has slight antiseptic properties so it will really cleanse your skin and get rid of any impurities :).
