Don't use heat a lot, get your hair trimmed often... Don't wash your hair every single day! What!! I know it sounds crazy but it works.

Some people use Castor oil. On Hair like yourself people tend to think its greasy but I'd say put it on at night wash it out in the morning take plenty of multivitamins and drinking water makes it grow a lot quicker.
