So I'm super pale, I have quite a few freckles and I'm red headed. My skin is pretty sensitive as far as sunburns. My dad has had melanoma as well.
Anyways, I'm wondering if their is any way I can tan a bit this spring/summer. I know it might sound a bit silly, but I'm so white all the time! I'm alright with the way I look but I would like a bit of color!

Thanks!

You have to be very very careful when tanning, even if you don't have pale skin! Try spending short amount of time in the sun an use a good tanning oil! Once you start feeling got and burnt get out of the sun! It better to be pale then to be sun burnt! If all else fails try a self tanner

I know it sucks being pale sometimes...but you probably look better with your natural complexion! http://www.dailymakeover.com/trends/slideshow/9-celebs-without-the-tan/

Try to do lots of things outside, like playing sports with your friends, jogging,or even just shopping at a market ;) Obviously, still apply your sunscreen! Your tan will come gradually so just be patient.

And yes, self tanner (or even a natural looking spray tan -yes, they exist!) can be your last resort.

Just be very careful when following their advice!! My redhead friend burns in less than 5 minutes!! She gets blisters on her arms and body?
