I like 2 it's a little better for bar hopping you could add some hot pink heels or red ones maybe even a print? And lipstick smoky eye and tiara and look great! :)

I agree with soh, since you're curvier on the bottom, and smaller at the waist the a line dress will hug you in the right areas and being black you can add accessories shoes nail color and your tiara will pop out more!

1! I love the neckline and its a stunner itself and it would go really well with a tan skin tone and adding the tiara would top it off also some cute glitter heels in silver would look very pretty.

You will look great watever dress you pick. I sugest wearing boyshort underwears underneath just incase you get a lil too wasted n fall down. I'm only saying cuz its happend to me 100xz and I'm not even21 yet ;)

The black dress would be great for a 21st birthday celebration. The 1st dress reminds me of highschool prom so I would stay away from it. I really like both hairstyles ( I am leaning towards the updo though). I would go for the tiara if you choose the black dress because that dress is simple so you can do a lot more with accsesories.
