Puffy baggy eyed with dark circles.
my mother is very beautiful, but she has very bad bags and I was looking for a cream or sumthing today at cvs n we got this (picture attached) but it was cheap and I don't know if it will work. I want my mom to look and feel beautiful and she self conscious about her eyes. does any older women know a really good eye cream or nything that will work good. I want to buy her a good quality eye depuffer/ antibag.

I have seen people say that yes it is cheap, but it does do wonders. Good luck with it!
