I like the first one for the modern elements but the second one has that classic beauty lace feel to it. They are very different silhouettes so I would go with the one that flatters your figure the best.

I love the first one, but don't set your mind on one specific style be open! I had one style in my head that that was all I wanted I didn't want to try anything else, but for poops and giggles I let the lady pull a few for me and I dodge NOT like them. but once I put them on they fit my so much better than what I had in my mind, and liked her picks more for my body type, I ended up buying one of the dresses she pulled instead of what my heart was set on!
