Okay, so lately I have gained weight, but it's not like, fat. I have no appetite lately anyway. I have a kidney stone, so in order to try and pass it, I'm drinking 5 liters of water a day, and since I'm not peeing like I'm supposed to, (I am getting my stone surgically removed soon) but I gained weight, and now I need to learn how to burn it fast! I like, have a muffin top now, please help!!

Like Clara said, working out and actually sweating will get rid of the water weight. My bf and his dad went out and jogged five miles out in the summer with five jackets on, a few shirts, and a couple pairs of pants for a weigh in (they're both fighters) and lost 15-20 pound EACH just because of how much each of them sweat. But because it was water weight they gained it right back, which was ok as they really didn't care.

You should try drinking hibiscus tea but without any sugar. They sell the little tea bags just like they would for regular tea. My mom has the same problem but her feet usually get swollen and her nutritionist told her to drink that and it worked for her very well.
