So I have like bitten my nails for 3 years & it's a horrible habit, but long story short, they are really short. any suggestions on how to grow them? thanks :)

DIY tip: get a clear polish, chop up one clove of garlic, throw it in the bottle, use it as a base coat. Works amazing yes it may smell weird but it works super fast and the smell fades after some time. But it's worth it for some longer nails!
