Red is just about going for it..trust me it's more popular than 5 years ago when I started waring..ppl would look and stare..like what the hell..but I DGAF!! I do what I like..lol.

At first you'll get "whoa"s or stares but go for it. Also I don't know if this helps but I eased myself into a full on bold rep lip. I know its a bid odd..but I use Aquaphor by Eucarin (a healing ointment) as Chapstick-it makes hen really soft. Anyways, I use that and then add a little of my red lipstick and blend it in. It looks like a sublt red raspberry shade.

Have any of you used the Mac lip liners in cherry and chestnut? That's the colors she uses I'm excited about us trying this Christie! And omg I'm running out of Mac face wipes next paycheck we have to go to the pro shop or ill die...those are the only wipes that take off my makeup really good without rubbing my face raw! You guys should try them.

Hey Lyndsey, I usually use brick which looks exactly like it sounds. But from time to time when I'm feeling fun Ill steal the cherry lip liner from my mom. It's a little brighter-a little more orangey but still pretty and sets you up for longer lasting lipstick.
