Get a small container of rubbing alcohol, put a base coat on your nails then paint them white, cut newspaper into small squares, then dip dry nails in rubbing alcohol. After that put a newspaper clipping on your nail and firmly hold for 20 seconds :)😛

Paint your nails a color of your choice & let them dry completely. Cut out pieces of newspaper dip them in rubbing alcohol about 10 seconds. Place them on your nail and press, hold the paper down on your nail a few seconds. Take it of & apply top coat (:

Or do some polka dots with the point of a pencil or a toothpick, bobby pin, etc...:)

Its not clear but you can simply draw something on your nails with a nail art pen. or marker for that matter.
