What can I put together with products at home that will remove permanent hair dye?

Don't do it at home. The only way to remove colour is stripping (bleaching) it. It can end with some disastrous results.

Or let it grow most the dye out (which takes forever) but it turns to a cute ombré style later on. That's what I am doing with my permanent medium blonde hair and dark brown shadow box :)
