Don't take Katy w's advice it strips the enamel on your teeth which can lead to a whole array of dental problems much more expensive than dentistry whitening, I use whiteglo toothpaste and it seriously makes a difference. And yes strawberries are good too rub them across your teeth don't just eat it. X.

Also avoid tea coffee cigarettes red wine oranges lemons fizzy drinks they will all contribute to staining your teeth. It you must have them brush afterwards or just rinse with a whitening mouthwash.

I have fairly white teeth to where my dental hygienist asked if I bleach lol I guess I contribute it to not smoking, no soda or coffee, and lots of water. I only occasionally drink tea.

Use baking soda and peroxide. I saw results with it within two days. It's honestly the best thing I've ever tried!
