Go to the doctor or dermatologist. they should give you a cream or ointment.
if you don't break out easy I use Vaseline always after a shower even on my face before bed. it definitely helps me and my eczema used to look so bad people thought my face was burned from a fire. I hope this kinda helped. good luck tho

Dermaveen ointment! I get eczema and have tried so many different creams and this one definitely works the best! I usually use that on my body, but my face doesn't get super bad so most of the time I can just use "vaseline total moisture aloe fresh 24 hr nourishing lotion"

I would see your dr and see if you can get a prescription cream or ointment. I have eczema behind my ears and along my hairline and the only thing that's worked for me without drying my skin out more or itching is Sorbolene lotion, I swear by it now and would be lost without my bottle.

See a doctor or derm. I have this proscription called triamcinilone? It's a medicated lotion and a miracle worker. It doesn't do anything for the scarring but heals the break outs fairly quick. You can never put on too much lotion and try not to take really hot showers that just irritates it. I know how you feel hun I have it on my forearms wrists stomach and the backs of my knees and when it gets really bad ill have it on my eye lids :/

See a dermatologist. In the meantime try Emu Oil. It's amazing and it's even helped some people's eczema disappear.

I also have eczema and how I control is with you've light in the winter I go tanning in a salon. It seems to keep it down and only a couple dime sized patches will appear also keep your mosturized. If you can't go tanning cortizone 10 cream works really good apply to spots everyday after shower. Hope this works for you.
