So I'm super close to getting my right leg splits but I want to just be able to do it. Would it hurt me bad or pull something if I got someone to just push me down? And do you guys have any good stretches to help? THANKS!!

Yes, you could tear a muscle.

If your muscle isn't flexible enough then don't force it just keep stretching and slowly your flexibility will go up.

Don't have someone push you down! It could be really bad. Just keep doing it as far as you can without hurting too much and you'll keep getting farther and father. Do a runners stretch and also the one leaning back in it, if you know what I mean. You don't just wake and just be able to do anything! Everything takes time. Good luck!

If you sit in over splits with your leg on a chair and just sit in that for a few minutes and then go into the splits normally it will really help xx
