I have a nervous habit of picking at things- scabs, hangnails, acne. How can I make myself stop. I have scars all over from it.

I used to pick a my scabs, a lot. Whenever you want to pick at something distract yourself, I sometime start drawing or just playing on my phone. Hope that helped

Whenever I feel the need to pick, I grab some hand cream and moisturizer. It keeps me busy and makes the skin harder to grab onto and pick at.
