Hey guys! My nails are always breaking and peeling, and I really want to have those long, healthy nails, since I love nail polish and nail art^^ do you have any suggestions for any products or something?<3 thanks.

The inglot gro max. I had the same problem but since I'm using inglot my nails even break up after 3 weeks and that's amazing

1 - Increase your iron & calcium intake

2 - Be gentle when filing & cleaning them

3 - Give them time to breathe! Just like every other part of your body, too many products and chemicals and things are not healthy.

4 - Use a cuticle oil and/or a nail strengthening serum

I have the same problem. I've been using Nail Magic which is a nail conditioner. It will take about 3 months before you see visual results but they already feel stronger. Also file!

I use a nail hardener by Herome, it is sold on Sephora (in France, but I think on ôter contries too). It really works for me, now my nails are strong and long. I really saw the difference! ;)
