So, every time I use my nail polish remover without acetone my fingers started tingle and my nails started to be very weak and finally they broke a lot. I usually put a base coat of polish and it stopped after a while but the breaking no!! Now I don't have any polish on my nails for almost 2 weeks and they are again strenght and healthy! Do you think this all is caused by the remover?? If so could you recommend me some other sensitive removers?

Try an acetone free remover.

Based on the information stated in your post, the nail polish could have had some wear-and-tear on your fingers! After I use nail polish remover, I like to moisturize my nails with a soothing, non-oily lotion! I recommend using St. I've Skin Renewing Body Lotion in Collagen Elastin. It's all-natural and very inexpensive! Hope this works! *^ ^*
