If I get an emergancy pimple I use plain old Aspirin, just get one pill put some water on it, smoosh it till its a paste and aply to your trouble spot, it will dry, leave it on as long as you can, rinse with warm water and it will make a huge differance!! I do it all the time:) hope this helps!

Like Kylie said... Sometimes when I get a bad pimple I just put asprin directly on it and leave it on over night (some people say no to this.. But trust me it works like magic!) and then in the morning it will be almost if not totally gone! Just make sure you moisturize!
