I cut my hair SUPER short in august and it hasn't grown much since my last haircut in December. Any advice? I'm using mane and tail and Moroccan argan oil. I don't flat iron my hair and I don't blow dry it. I'm wanting it down to my boobs, but it just won't grow evenly... please help!

Try Biotin. It has worked wonders on my hair. It is a hair, skin, and nails supplenent and it is very inexpensive. Good luck!
