Remember to exfoliate before and to apply light moisturiser to dry areas such as elbows, knees and on finger nails so you don't stain them :) apply in circular motions and leave for 8 hrs and moisturise to day after to make it last longer :)

You can also use a body brush like this one but like Chelsie said, be sure and buff in circular motions:
