So I've been trying to grow my hair for about a year and hasn't grown much. I've used organic and salon hair masks, conditioners and vitamins. So I want to know from you ladies, what helps you grow hair faster? Or what you ladies do to make your hair healthier? Any advice given will be very appreciated:)

If you don't have a good diet that could be affecting it. Try vitamins. Coconut oil is amazing for the hair and I would recommend using the Organix shampoo and conditioners

Sometimes people's hair has a limit to growth like it stops growing at a certain length but the key is to be healthy and not to use heat.

I have heard that mixing a few drops of peppermint oil with coconut or sweet almond oil can help if you apply it to your scalp...the peppermint promotes blood circulation in the scalp :) if you want more tips, check out Farah Dhukai's videos!
