It's a sponge and people hype it up so much wondering if its worth it.

Beauty blenders leave your foundation more sheer. if your looking for a full coverage face the beauty blender won't work. its more for light to medium coverage. hope this helped :)

I you want to try it out, I'd suggest getting one of the 1 dollar ones off eBay. They're really just as good and super cheap :)

Yes! My makeup application has improved tremendously because of it. Using it damp is the best.

I got the 5 dollar one on amazon but get the one that has the same shape as the real one. I love it! I soak it in water and wait till it gets huge. Applies foundation amazingly and gives a full coverage

Definitely try it! And I recommend doing some shopping on eBay for it. That's where I buy mine! TWO things though. It's a sponge so it WILL absorb whether or not it's damp so definitely use it with a non water based foundation. Second thing, dampening it helps a whole lot - helps with an even application and also prevents the foundation from soaking into the sponge :)

Maybe it's just me, but for some reason, I'm not too fond of the beauty blender. I find it hard to actually apply my foundation, possibly also because I have a combination of oily & dry skin. It depends on you.
