Once to twice a week tops! The lemon juice can be damaging if used too much. And the Colgate optic white is great too!

There is this stuff called plus white that I love :) it's like 8 dollars for a tube and you apply the gel on your teeth for a few minutes and then wipe off :)

Make a paste with hydrogen peroxide (just a couple drops) and baking soda (about a tsp) then use it to brush teeth. It tastes bad so don't swallow, I usually brush my teeth with tooth paste after
