I was looking for a drugstore foundation that works good for controlling oily skin and creates a matte finish without being too cakey. thank you:)

I recommend true match from loreal. its the only drugstore make up that worked for my oily skin.

I use neutrogena healthy skin foundation and maybelline dream matte powder over it and it controls my oily skin.(:

Its not necessarily a foundation you need, it's just a good primer.. I use Make Up For Ever all Matt its the best ever.
