I've been trying to find a good foundation but I don't want to break my wallet or waste money on something that's no good. Any suggestions?

It really depends on your skin type, preferred amount of coverage and ideal finish you would like to achieve (like dewy matte etc). Let me know and I can offer some suggestions

The foundation I've been using is "maybelline superstay 24 hr makeup".
It costs roughly $17.00 per 30mL bottle.
It gives a fairly matte finish, with slight sheen.
Lasts well in the heat and in my t-zone area. It gives medium coverage, you still need to apply concealer to problem areas.

Well I've never really used foundation till this past year and I was using mary kay matte-wear liquid foundation and now I'm just looking for something better and not too expensive just can't make myself spend more than $20 if I can find something good in that price range.

Go to a drugstore with a good return policy like Walgreens, I think I tried and returned 9 different foundations from there until I found the perfect one lol. everyone here has great suggestions but no matter how good the makeup is, everyone's skin is different and what works for someone (even with the same skin type!) might not work for you, so just experiment. good luck. x
