So I was thinking if going out for cross country next year and I was wanting to tone up my legs ( my thighs are rather large;)) any one know any good excersises for your thighs and legs?? Thanks ladies;)

I agree with Hannah, with biking, lunges, and definitely squats! They work wonders, along with running or any other cardio, like swimming or sprints

I kno this is like childish but I find exercise boring and as I have a little bro he has a trampoline so go on that and it does me wonders also it's fun and it works
