I use suave clarifying shampoo and conditioner. and only condition the ends.

Don't use as much conditioner, and only apply the conditioner on your ends. If you still have a little conditioner left on your hands maybe just rub a little into the crown area.

The more you wash your hair the more oil your hair will produce. if you wash your hair try to wash every other day. use dry shampoo in between. I use to wash my hair every day. now I go for like 3 days.
