I'm exactly like you! you just need to concentrate on not doing it. if you catch yourself, put your hands down. it sounds obvious but I still have to concentrate on not touching them. and if you do it with your mouth, try chewing gum or something.

I have the same problem, mine are lucky to last a couple if hours some days. There aren't really any tricks that I've found, just will power and trying to take your mind off it. Good luck and they looked really good!

At Sally's there is a top coat for that! I do the same thing! It tastes so awful you will NOT bite it off. Lo.

Where a rubber band around your wrist and every time you chew or pick, snap it. Eventually, you'll condition yourself to subconsciously. correlate nails picking/biting to pain.
