In the morning I put cold water under my eyes. They will look puffy for a few minutes but I notice that when I'm getting ready that they go away and I look normal again :)

NYC has really a really good concealer stick or covergirl's cover stick is really good as well.

My go to is Hard Candy's Glamoflauge...it's easier on the wallet and when it says heavy duty it means it! I use the tiniest bit and look bright-eyed like I actually sleep. It's only sold at WalMart by the by.
