Whenever I wear eyeliner, it runs under my eyes and looks sloppy. What are some good brands of eyeliner that DON't run?

What kind of liner are you using? You can always try putting black eye shadow over it to set it. Makes my liner stay all day and I have greasy lids.

Try using elf's translucent matifying powder after you pt on eyeliner it works for me.

I use liquid liner. L'Oreal telescopic liner. It stays put and doesn't flake. (Thank god) the water proof one does though. :(((. Anyways, for the water line I use eyeshadow in black then go underneath with a nude color so it doesn't run. ❤👍oh and I the outer corner!
