Hey guys! This shirt is a strapless but it rides up pretty high (like belly button) and need an outfit to go with it but without showing too much skin. I thought those boots might go nice?

High waisted washed out shorts would look cute (not distressed shorts). You could also try a high waist navy blue skirt with buttons along the middle of the skirt.
