I don't know if you're shaving, waxing or epilating, but I advise washing your skin right after you remove the hair. Hair removal, especially when pulling it out by the root, is really stressful on the skin and leaves big open holes for bacteria and dirt to get in. Washing with a non-scented soap is best, and avoid moisturizers with a lot of fragrance.
Other than that, Bemnia is right about exfoliating. That will help nudge the tips of the hair out from under the skin so they can grow out.

If you are shaving, right afterwards put some rubbing alcohol on your hands and rub it on the shaved area, its going to sting for a few seconds but totally worth it! I haven't had razor burn since I started the routine. also if you exfoliate two or three times a week it reduces the risk of dead skin and other things getting clogged in your pores creating in grown hairs. hope this helps!!
