Hi! So my mother and I both have darker brown eyes. People have told her to use blue eyeliner because it makes her brown eyes pop. But I think that it just makes the EYELINER pop, not the actual EYES. My Friends have told me they like brown eyeliner better. Which one should I use? (Or eyeshadow. Doesn't have to be just eyeliner) thanks!!

I think a good gold eyeliner or eyeshadow would work perfectly.

Dark purple eyeliner, and bronze/gold eyeshadows make dark brown eyes look like they have a sort of depth. I'd say that those colors compliment us browneyed babes perfectly.

I agree with the comment above, gold tones and purples really make brown eyes stand out(:

If you use brown eyeliner you could do your e/s in a way that you put the lightest color in the middle of your lid (where it bulges out most above your pupil when you look straight ahead) or even put some light shimmery pigment there.

I would stick with earthy tones because they really bring out brown eyes. Try eyeshadow colors in brown, gray, gold, ect. Good luck(:
