I've got dark circles under my eyes and I'm searching for a product that will help brighten it up. Any suggestions? (not too expensive)

They have "eye brighteners" on the market. I'm not too familiar with any drugstore brand ones. I know Victoria Secret makes one but it has poor reviews. Try googling it and I bet there will be brands, reviews and tutorials :)

I use garnier roller concealer in a few tones lighter then my skin colour and it covers them up perfectly

Stroke of light by Bare Minerals looks really good. I watched them use it in a makeover and the results were fab. :)

I love benefit's under eye concealer since its melon toned to contrast the blue/purple tone of circles.

Well rested in liquid. has light reflecting minerals. evens out skin tone while improving skin radiance, minimizing dark spots and discolorations. I like it...brightens up my eyes so much! is about 22 $?
