Maybe add some type of sparkly clip into your hair. For makeup you can really go with any colour but I wouldn't do a dark smokey eye. Because there's a lot of black in your dress I would probably keep your makeup kind of natural, maybe winged eyeliner and a nice pink tinted lip.

I think you should put your hair in a curly updo and wear a bold lipstick that matches the shade of your shoes. You should add winged eyeliner and a grey smokey eyeshadow. Everything else is gorgeous and I love your dress! :)
