I have a problem with my nails. They are not strong, they just break if I hit the door. I don't know what to do, any advice.?

Invest in a good quality nail strengthener!! Apply a few coats and keep them coated until you see a difference in the strength of your nails! :)

Drink a lot of water! Hydration is the best way to make them stronger, also grow them out a little bit at a time by only trimming them once every other week.. I used to have nails just like yours, but now they are a lot stronger, and they look great :)

Drink water (to hydrate from the inside), cuticle or vitamin E oil (to hydrate from the outside), prenatal vitamins or biotin which do great things for hair and nails! :)
