A good idea would be to keep everything simple but at a little stroke of this on the outer corner of the eye to give it a little electric look that'll not only brighten up the eyes but show off the beautiful Colour.

Meh...why does green look so much better with brown eyes when it is supposed to be THE color for green eyes? -.-

I'd do something crazy with it, like pink for the inner eye, then the purple on the rest of the lid, then above those put a pretty blue or another shade of pink, but that's just me, lol!!
