I'm really not a fan of this video considering it continues to reinforce that beauty is extremely important in life. They say it affects your life and friends and jobs etc. I don't think it should matter as much. Plus they only show colored people in the six minute video for ten seconds. Three of the four main people are blondes with bright eyes, and all the people describing themselves describe things negatively and the video reinforces that fat is bad and thin is good when the strangers describe the other people as thin. Yes it's good to believe that we may be more beautiful than we think we are but watching this kind of puts me off.

I saw this video on Facebook a few days ago it was nice had me looking at things differently. All girls should watch this!
