Okk..so I finally bought the covergirl stay fabulous 3in1 foundation in soft honey but now I think its too light Idk becuz I havent open it and now don't want to open it becuz if I do I can't exchange or get a refund if its not the right color
what do I do now??

Mine is a shade light as well but really it not bad at all. I say go ahead and use it, you can mix it with a different foundation to make it darker or dust bronzer/ powder on your face after it sets to make it look more natural. Also it works as a good eye primer so if you don't have one you can simply use that. I mean you're going to put product on your eyes anyway so it's not going to harm it.

Give it back and go and ask to try it on in the shop! Then you will know which color to get :)

I find that it oxidized and left me looking darker so I had to get a lighter shade. I'd say try it.

Most stores do let return and exchange even if it's used.
