So I've seen a lot of DIY shampoo recipes and I was just wondering if they are worth all the hype or should I just stick to my herbal essences?

They have a ton of stuff on Pinterest. They are really basic recipes but I have no idea if they are any good.

I've used baking soda before, but I stopped because it requires a lot of effort and time to use ( for my hair anyways) but the results were nice :) my hair was really soft. You could try using a DIY shampoo a couple times a week and see how it leaves your hair
