Well you could use a sponge but I used a makeup applicator lol then I used acylic paint and started from white to yellow to pink and then used a blue only near the edge of both sides and added a clear top coat then some glitter nailpolish! if you want to see how I used cutepolish tutorial on galaxy nails :)
