Yea do eyeshadow with an angled brush. But if you want it waterproof and have better lasting power put a teensy tiny amount of gel liner on your brush and fill em in :)

When you draw your brows in, go over them after with a brow brush to make them look more natural.

Elf have a mascara type product for your brows I love it. Thickens them up and adds colour without looking harsh or false
