How do you motivate yourself to get back onto dieting when you've had a blow out?

I would say begin to ad fruits to your meal and consuming smaller portions. Also just know that when switching to healthier food inside your feel more cleansed and motivated to continue the clean eating.

For me works if I just go on and do it. Workout and healthy food. Its hard for about a week and then becomes kids habit again. Happens every year after xmas with me.

Whenever I get off track, I force myself to clean any questionable food out my fridge and cabinets. I restock the fridge with healthier food on the same day so I don't get hungry and eat something quick and easy (and most likely unhealthy) because there isn't anything in the house anymore.

Get over the guilt and just resolve to do better. Realize that you will sometimes splurge because you are human.

I think it's more about making healthy choices most of the time... It's ok to indulge now and then. Another key is to listen to your body. Eat when your hungry and stop when you aren't. Also sometimes when we think we're hungry we might actually just need water.
