I use cotty, I know it's not counter makeup but it sets nice and it's light, I hate feeling like I have clay on my face.

What about Boots No 7? Their pressed powder in Transluscent doesn't look cakey at all and stay on face for a very long time.
Another great powder is theBalm Sexy Mama - price and qualities are the same like No 7.
If you don't mind eBay maybe have a look at Korean Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Loose Powder - my HG of powders. Makes my face shine free and matte for hours.

Like Shoma and Magdalena have mentioned, you might want something translucent. And so that it would not look cakey, you may want to try out something which is high definition - Make up forever HD, Ben Nye Banana setting powder or Eshiko ultra high definition powder. I am personally using Eshiko partly because it was recently on sale and partly because I really like its consistency on my skin. But I've read good reviews as well on MUFE and Ben Nye. I think ELF has a HD too.

I like NYX's "Set it, Don't Fret it", although it is VERY fine so be careful or you'll end up making a mess :))
