Your gorgeous but I know how you feel as I wanted to go blonde from natural dark dark brown. itll look lovely but regrowth is a bitch. I managed to get to near platinum and my hair was still lovely condition. you can dye it back if you hate it go for it!

No. All blonde wouldn't work for the skin tone. However some Carmel highlights would look amazing.
