Okay so I'm thinking of dying the tips of my hair, I have dark brown hair, I'm not wanting to bleach the ends though, and I'm thinking of a colour from the rainbow, I'm also growing out my hair though, I have long hair, and I just got the split ends trimmed off, to let it grow out longer, will dying the tips stop it from growing? Or do major damage? :$ thanks guuys! :)

Dying it won't stop it from growing but I suggest using coconut oil or something for split ends because the ends of your hair may begin to get dry, so as long as you take good care of the ends it will look great!

I dyed my hair with lol koolaid! It worked great, read tends to show up best. It looks like it didn't work when it's wet but when it's dry it's really bright! And it doesn't damage your hair, I asked my hairdresser.
