Definetly brown :) Mary Kay has a blue eye mineral eye color set :) and it's 3 eyeshadows and 2 little brushes to apply the eyeshadow with. It tells you how to apply each color and where to apply them for small eyes and big eyes. I use it all the time and I love it! :) my mom sells Mary Kay so I get everything half price but they are already pretty good prices. And if you didn't want to get that you can buy a light color eyeshadow that is not white but it's a little dark kind of like a silk color and you would apply that all over your eyelid all the way up to the eyebrow (trust me) and then you put a light prown on just he eye lid and then a brown with a shimmer you would put on the top lash line and the crease and then blend it a little :) and a brown eyeliner and mascara looks really cute with this look :) it will really bring our your blue eyes
