Eyebrow Help Please!!

My left eyebrow has a lot of hair ans is like perfect... but ever since I got them waxed my right eyebrow isn't growing back from the tail and the inner part... I fill them in but I always have to fill in those parts way way way too much and it looks fake. what's a good way to fill it in so it doesn't look drawn on? thanks!(:
